To know your size: measure your wrist circumference and add 0.5cm-2cm (depending on your comfort):
For a "true to size" fit: use your measurement.
For a "close to the skin" fit: add 0.5 to 1cm to your measurement.
For a "loose" fit: add 1.5 to 2cm to your measurement
The average size of bracelets is around 17-18cm for women and 19-20cm for men.
Good to know: 1. To keep your natural stone and wood beads shiny, you can clean them with a little olive oil.
2. The beads are mounted on a very strong nylon thread but the bracelet must be removed before taking a shower to avoid the thread becoming loose and damaged.
